M Con, Inc. was involved in installing wet utilities for the Allegiant Stadium, home of the raiders. Mcon's initial involvement was installing sewer and domestic water for the Trailer City portable office complex. Mcon's overall scope of work later involved offsite improvements leading to the onesite project.
